Crossways Lutheran School in Ceduna is seeking a passionate, community-minded Early Learning Centre Director to lead its small, growing ELC into the next chapter. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves being connected, to children, to families, to culture, and to community.
The Early Learning Centre is at the heart of the school community. It offers play-based programs for 3-4 year olds, inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, where children learn through curiosity, exploration, and connection to the land and to each other. The Centre is now ready to grow, and we are looking for a leader who wants to build, nurture, and strengthen this beautiful space.
