Education Executive Consultant

Are you a seasoned education professional with a track record in leadership roles within schools? SWITCH Education is seeking an accomplished Education Executive Consultant to join our team. This casual position (2 days a week), with potential for permanent part-time employment, involves building relationships with schools for executive leadership positions, reporting directly to the CEO and General Manager, and collaborating closely with the Client Liaison Consultant.

Position Overview:

In your role as an Education Executive Consultant, you will play a crucial part in nurturing relationships with schools to fill executive leadership roles. You will report to the General Manager, collaborate with the Client Liaison Consultant, and our team of Education Experts within the executive division. Your leadership experience in schools will be instrumental in grasping the distinctive requirements of our client educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CEO, General Manager, and Client Liaison Consultant to establish and nurture relationships with schools.
  • Identify and understand the requirements for executive leadership positions within the non-government education sector.
  • Utilise your leadership background in schools to effectively communicate and connect with potential candidates.
  • Contribute to the strategic vision of Aspire2, our executive arm within Switch Education.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a leadership position within a school setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the education sector and the requirements for executive leadership positions.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High-level organisational and administrative capabilities.
  • Ability to cope with a fast-paced environment.
  • All candidates must be of a positive nature, committed to work hard, and be an energetic team-player.
